Happy Saturday!

It's time for another Challenge over at Sweet Stampin' Challenge Blog and this week the theme is

I have to say that I'm a horder when it comes to DSP, but I use it way to little. But this time I made my very own and it's so simple to do.

This is what I came up with.
I used gesso, on my cardstock, and when it was dry I added three different colors of blue gelatos. I blended the colors with some water. And I love the texture!
When it was dry I heat embossed the stars, with silver embossing powder. I also sprinkled some embossing powder on the panel, to give it a little more sparkle.
I stamped the sentiment on black cardstock, and heat embossed that as well with silver embossing powder. And for the finishing touch I added some silver sparkling enamel dots.

I hope you will play along this week, and remember, there must be stamping on your project to be in the prize drawing. Freckled Fawn is our fabulous sponsors this week, and she is giving away a prize to one lucky winner.

You should visit the Sweeties and see there amazing project, and get inspired.

Thanks so much for stopping today!

Happy Friday everyone!

I'm just popping in to share a card with, that I made for the Altenew August Inspiration Challenge.

I got inspired by the pink colors and the gray, so this is what I came up with.

I stamped the flowers and leaves on colored cardstock, and added some shading with Prismacolors and gamsol. I die cut them out, and added them on my card panel with 3D foam. I stamped the sentiment with Versafine, and fussy cut it out. For a finishing touch, I added a few clear sparkling sequins.

I hope you like it.

Hi All!

It's been awhile since I have played in the monthly challenge over at Seven Hill Crafts Blog.

This month it's all about Geometry.

I used dies to die cut some hexagons, that I could use for my pattern. I used watercolors to paint the hexagons, and used the wet and wet technique.
I die cut the happy die a few times and stacked them up with glue. I stamped the rest of my sentiment with versafine, and cut them out, and added 3D foam for some dimension. I added some clear droplets for a finishing touch, and foam mounted the panel on a kraft cardstock.

Hello Crafty Friends.

I wanted to play along in the Little Tangles Challenge this month. It's all about shakers or sequins.

I love making shaker cards, so I made a little one for this challenge.

I used the Sunburst stamp for my little "scene". I stamped it in yellow and orange ink, and die cut a circle for my "sun". I also die cut a frame, and added some sequin mix. I took pattern paper for my background, and stamped the sentiment "Let's celebrate, it's your birthday".
I also added a little twine for the finishing touch.
